HPC-100. Murder in the First Degree +72,HPC-203. Assault with a Deadly Weapon +48
SUMMARY
911 call for a dead body on the highway. Male victim found on the ground with a gaping wound to the head and a playing card (Queen of Hearts) in his hand. NPC CSU processed the scene and found ID of Cameron Vanderbuilt from MD. Will have to confirm with fingerprints. ME transported the body to the morgue.
