SUMMARY
Suspect entered the DEPD and told the detective (Without prompting) that she wanted to turn herself in for the assault on Laserskater. Refer to earlier report made on 10/13/13. When asked who the second woman in the assault was she stated it was she alone.
The suspect was read her rights and processed through the system.
She was asked where the victim's personal belongings were and she replied that they were probably in the river and lost.
